  1. ,
    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am looking for a 2 months internship, starting from 2 May 2016, ending 25 june 2016, in a foreign company which will be part of the exam at the end of the first year.

I am currently doing a two-year post-A-level course in “BTS international trade” in Lorient, France. I am very motivated to gain professional experience through this course. My various practices taught me to work as a team but also to be autonomous. So I am ready to be efficient and energetic.

I am deeply interested in your company particularly because I am passionate about beers. Furthermore I am very attracted to this aspect of the market.

I am sure that this work placement will both benefit your company and I, as I am motivated, hard-working and dedicated to good work either in a team or alone. That’s why I would be grateful if you considered my application for a work placement from May to june 2015.

I am looking forward to hearing from you, as soon as possible. I am staying at your disposal for any further information.

    Yours faithfully,
    Mickaël Jégou

  2. Hi, do you offer any beginner brewing courses? I’m interested in having a go at brewing and am particularly fond of Stouts and Porters! Thanks.

  3. Well Mr Elvin,
25-odd years after we sat in the brewery putting the world to rights and generally talking rubbish when i collected for East West Ales I’ve decided to invade the West Country one more time for old times sakes.
I’ll be down that way for a holiday in 2017 and having finally discovered where you have been hiding all these years (and that thankfully I’m not alone in putting on a few extra pounds!) I hope you’re up for a visit from this old Kentish fool? Looking forward to trying some of your ales too!

    All the best.
